Getting Started

Firstly, go to and login with your Username and Password

Make sure the subscription is selected as SMS Cloud Call, then click Qunifi OneVoice

Select the users who will be using the service and then click the button above to assign the specific plan level you have purchased.

Click Manage Service

SMS Cloud Call Dashboard will be Displayed

Note: all new user accounts are assigned 10 DDI numbers for the initial set-up of the account.
