Changing a Mailbox Password

You will need to be an admin to reset a password on Office 365, if you are the admin and need to reset your own password, please contact our support team on 01925 818 252 or raise a support ticket here.

  • Log into the office 365 admin centre.

  • Click Admin then Active users.

  • Select the correct user

  • Click Reset password

  • Use the auto-generated password or expand to specify a strong password for the user.

  • Click Reset
