Exchange - Windows

You will need to ensure that you have an SRV (autodiscover) record in place first before setting up your mailbox in Outlook, Our SRV record can be found under our DNS section here

  1. Click the bottom-left Start button to open the Start Menu, type control panel in the search box and select Control Panel in the results

  2. Type Mail in the search box in the top right and then click Mail

  3. Click Show Profiles (If show profiles isn’t present, go to them next step)

  4. Click Add and give the profile a name then press OK

  5. For Outlook 2016 enter your email address then click Connect

  6. For Outlook 2010 and 2013 fill out, your name, email address and password, then click Next

  7. You may be asked for your password as part of the setup enter this when prompted

  8. For Outlook 2016 once complete click OK

  9. For Outlook 2010 and 2013 Click Finish
