Basic (POP/IMAP) - Mac Mail


  1. Click Accounts


  2. Click Add Other Mail Account, then continue


  3. Enter your name, email address and password, then click create


  4. You will be prompted account must be manually configured, click next


  5. Set the account type as IMAP, server address for your platform (below), your username (email address), password and then click next

  6. Mail Server: imap.exchange.simply.ms


    Exchange 2013
  7. Mail Server: imap.mse2010.com

  8. You will be prompted Additional account information required, click next


  9. Enter the port number, SSL and Authentication for your platform (below) and click next



    Exchange 2010 SP1

    • Port: 143
    • SSL: Unticked
    • Authentication: Password



    Exchange 2013

    • Port: 993
    • SSL: Ticked
    • Authentication: Password


  10. Enter the smtp server address for your platform (below), your username (email address), password and then create



    Exchange 2010 SP1
    +SMTP Server: smtp.exchange.simply.ms


    Exchange 2013
    +SMTP Server: smtp.mse2010.com

  11. You will be prompted Additional account information required, click next


  12. Enter the port number, SSL and Authentication for your platform (below) and click create



    Exchange 2010 SP1

    • Port: 587
    • SSL: Unticked
    • Authentication: Password



    Exchange 2013

    • Port: 587
    • SSL: Ticked
    • Authentication: Password


  13. Tick the services you wish to sync and click done to complete the setup
