Reset a Mailbox Password

  • Log into the SMS Portal (Instructions can be found here)

  • Click Services


  • Click your hosted exchange package


  • Under Hosted Exchange, Click Mailboxes


  • Click the padlock icon


  • Enter and Confirm your new password


  • Click Confirm


  • Please allow up to 10 minutes for your password reset to complete
