Rename a Mailbox

  • Log into the SMS Portal (Instructions can be found here)

  • Click Services

  • Click your hosted exchange package

  • Under Hosted Exchange, Click Mailboxes

  • Click the pencil next to the mailbox you want to rename

  • Enter the following details
    • New First Name
    • New Last Name
    • New Display Name

  • Click Confirm

  • Click the Contact Card

  • Enter the New Username (Email Address) and select the Domain

  • Click Confirm

  • Please allow up to 10 minutes for your mailbox to be renamed
