Adding/Deleting a Group

  • Log into the SMS Portal (Instructions can be found here)

  • Click Services


  • Click your hosted exchange package


    Adding a New Group


  • Under Hosted Exchange, Click Groups


  • Click Add New Group


  • Complete the following
    • Group Name
    • Receive Internal and External Communication - On/Off (Receive emails not just sent from your domain)
    • Email Address
    • Domain


  • Click Confirm


  • Please allow up to 10 minutes for your group to be created

    Adding Members to your Group




  • Deleting a Group


  • Under Hosted Exchange, Click Groups


  • Locate the group you want to delete and Click the bin icon


  • Confirm you want to delete this group (This cannot be undone)


  • Please allow up to 10 minutes for your group to be deleted
