Password Reset (

Use this guide to reset your SMS billing account password.

  • Go to the billing portal login webpage:
  • Choose the Login option in the top right-hand corner
  • Choose the Forgot password? option
  • Type in your login email address. This may not be the same as your public email address
  • A password reset email will be sent to the correct inbox
  • Click this link and type in a new password
