How to Reset a Forgotten Password

  • Go to the SMS Portal (Instructions can be found here)

  • Click Account in the top right-hand corner


  • Choose Forgot Password?


  • Enter your billing email address and click Submit


  • Please allow a few minutes and a password reset email will be sent to you, similar to the one below


  • Click the link in her email and enter a new password and confirm, then click submit


  • Your password will now be reset
