How to Open/View a Support Ticket

Open a Support Ticket

  • Log into the SMS Portal (Instructions can be found here)

  • Click Open Ticket


  • A new Open Ticket will open


  • Enter the following below
    • Subject
    • Related Service (If applicable)


    • Message
    • Attachments (If applicable)


  • Click Submit



    View an Open/Closed Support Ticket

  • Make sure you are still signed into the SMS Portal, click Support then Tickets


  • View your open and closed support ticket history
