How to Add Additional Accounts

If you have a member of staff who require access to the SMS Portal then please follow these steps to create them a login.

  • Go to the SMS Portal (Instructions can be found here)

  • Under Contacts Click New Contact…

  • Enter the Users details and Tick to configure as a sub-account with client area access

  • Tick the permissions you wish to grant and enter/confirm the password they will use to access the SMS portal

  • Click Save Changes

  • The new user will now be added
